Hugh Hysell in "Villain DeBlanks" (1 night only!)

You'll laugh your (body part)______ off! A Time Out NY Critics' Pick written by Billy Mitchell, Villain: DeBlanks is the uproarious improvisational comedy where the cast says words you put in their mouths. The audience provides nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc. (the wilder, the better), and the actors provide the laughs-uncensored and unrehearsed-as they enact the story of Philip DeBlanks' untimely demise. It's "Clue" meets adult "Mad Libs," BUY TICKETS NOW

Embedded camera crews capture unprecedented access to the intimate lives of the players, and what emerges is a portrait of stereotype-breaking athletes wrestling with complex identities and team dynamics, all while competing in 90-plus degree heat for the chance to be crowned champions. More Than All The World is a bold and epic new musical inspired by Marlowe's groundbreaking 16th century play about King Edward II, whose love for another man brought England to war. It features a soaring and catchy pop score and text by Erik Ransom (Grindr The Opera), which has been described as 'clever, witty and insightful.' This unbelievable true tale of medieval political intrigue, deception, romance, ruthlessness, war, religion, international turmoil, the "She-Wolf of France" and Royal Menage a Trois will appeal to fans of Shakespeare, Game of Thrones and Hamilton.

Sat 6/25 - Gay History Walking Tour of the West Village

We all know about the Stonewall riots in 1969. But who knows that Mae West was arrested in Manhattan for producing a pro-gay-rights play in 1926? Or that Walt Whitman read his homoerotic poems to friends at a bar on Broadway? This tour brings New York's gay *history* out of the closet. Like Paris' Left Bank, the Village has been the center of all of the city's many countercultures and artistic movements, from the Bohemians of the World War I period to the Beats, the Abstract Expressionists, the New York School, Pop Art, the creators of Off (and Off-Off) Broadway, and of course the gay liberation movement.
